Inferno Hot Pilates, Hot Vinyasa Yoga, Hip Hop Fitness
I grew up with a love of dance, exercise and a healthy lifestyle. On February 1, 2011 I opened Annadel Fitness Studio with the intention to encourage others to enjoy a healthy, fit lifestyle. I hold a 200 hour yoga teacher certification, mat Pilates certification, Inferno Hot Pilates trained, and Zumba trained – now teaching Hip Hop Fitness. You’ll also see me teaching Barre Redefined in early 2018.
Inferno Hot Pilates
Hello! My name is Allison Villegas and I am an Inferno Hot Pilates instructor at Annadel Dance Studio. I live here in Santa Rosa with my husband and our 3 children, Ethan, Carter and Giana. I have been taking classes at Annadel for over 6 years and I am so excited to now be instructing here! My day job is being a T-Mobile store manager, but my passion has always been health, fitness and dance! With a busy family and work life, I believe that you have to make time to take care of yourself. Clear your head and do what makes you feel good! It may be tough, but pushing yourself to be a better you is so rewarding. I love helping to provide that for our people!
BarrePower, Hot Vinyasa Yoga
I have always had a love for fitness and health. When I became a stay-at-home mo, I was looking for a little balance in life and was drawn towards BarSculpt. I was certified in 2011 and began teaching many different styles of barre at Annadel Dance and Fitness Studio. 5 years later, my love of yoga pushed me to expand my horizons. In 2016, I completed my RYT 200 Power Vinyasa Yoga certification at Thrive Yoga in Sebastopol.
I love the way yoga challenges your body and mind, and it quickly became my new passion. I’m inspired daily by the people that walk through the doors, challenge themselves, learn something new and grow. I love teaching challenging classes that push you, test your limits and help you grow!
Hi my name is Heather Tobey. I am a 32 yr old wife and momma of 2 young toddlers, my baby girl Gloria is almost 2 and my little man MJ is going on 3 in a half! I’ve been into health and fitness my whole life playing competitive soccer for 10 years and volleyball for 8, both traveling teams while growing up with my twin sister!
After becoming a momma to my first baby boy I knew I needed to do some sort of workout routine from home while he was napping, or playing next to me. I started with at home Beachbody workout programs. I fell in love with the PiYo workout program amongst others, and decided to get certified in it to help others feel the amazing way I was with this workout. It’s the perfect mix of cardio, yoga style moves with stretching, strengthening, pilates, and fast paced energetic style moves with fun music, to get an awesome sweaty workout in, while still getting the love and balance and calmness of yoga.
I’ve been teaching this class for almost a year now as an instructor and it’s become a serious passion of mine to share my love for PiYo! If you’re like me, and love yoga, a fast paced workout, the strengthening, stretching, and loud energetic music that comes along with it, then you’ll love this workout!!
It’s energetic, fun, and never going to disappoint.
Hope to see you all soon and continue our practice of strengthening, balance, stretching, and loving our bodies together!
Buti Yoga is an avenue to share love and light, to move to the rhythm of the music, to share divine feminine energy or Shakti. It is transformation from the inside out. I fell in love at first beat in 2016.
Originally from the Adirondack region of Upstate New York, dance, gymnastics and yoga fueled my formative years. Movement is a passion; creativity with movement is a life force.
I am a 200 hr Registered Yoga Teacher and a certified Buti Yoga & Hot Buti Yoga instructor. I also hold college degrees in Visual Fine Arts, Photography, Art History and Education. My family and I moved to Sonoma County in 2008 where I fell deeper in love with the health and wellness lifestyle that thrives in our local culture. I am a practicing artist and art teacher in Rincon Valley, a wife, and a mother to a beautiful-warrior-mermaid daughter, who is also a dancer.
Tiffany fell in love with yoga when she was pregnant with her first child. She practiced prenatal yoga throughout her pregnancy and will always remember her first yoga teacher (shout out to Gayle in St. Petersburg, FL!). She has since expanded her practice to include Vinyasa, Bikram, and Baptiste yoga, and loves sharing yoga with children.
Hot Vinyasa Yoga
Love at first sweat, in 1996 Shannan Donovan wandered into a hot yoga class that set in motion a journey still unfolding. Transforming both her body and mind, Shannan committed to her calling in 2001 when she moved to Asheville, North Carolina and signed on for an intensive, yearlong teacher training with the highly respected vinyasa flow instructor Stephanie Keach. Renown for her non-dogmatic and comprehensive curriculum exploring the roots and traditions of yoga, including its many distinct expressions, Keach inspired Shannan to synthesize her studies and evolve her own style.
Eager to learn more, Shannan headed to Los Angeles to train with Bikram Choudhury and earn accreditation as a Bikram Yoga instructor. From Bikram, she continued adding to her Yoga Alliance hours, and her style, by studying with Shiva Rea, Seane Corn and Bryan Kest.
A word that means to develop gradually, the concept of evolving exists as the central tenet behind Shannan’s approach to her studio, her students, her self. Promoting the mantra —practice not perfect— Shannan’s manner balances playfulness with discipline, openness with boundaries, guiding with allowing, stretching with integration. Considering herself first-and-foremost a student, Shannan strives to daily discover and incorporate new insight and wisdom into both her personal practice and her role as a model and guide. Borrowing perspective from other teachers, her students, as well as philosophy and scholarship, Shannan continually experiments with the dynamic dialog between physical patterns of holding and release, inner truth, and the content and boundaries of our life experiences.
